Job Description

As a Banquet Server, you'll play a pivotal role in providing an outstanding dining experience at events. Your responsibilities will focus on setup, service, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Set up and dismantle event spaces efficiently.
• Serve food and drinks to guests, ensuring high levels of service.
• Help with event planning to ensure all client specifications are met.
• Respond to guest inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in banquet areas.
• Assist chefs and kitchen staff as needed during events.
• Manage catering supplies and report any shortages.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards during service.
• Cultivate a positive environment for guests and team members.
• Provide feedback to management on service enhancements.
• Maintain a neat, presentable appearance at all times.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years in a similar role is preferred.

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
