Job Description

As a Registered Nurse in our Cape Town facility, you will provide compassionate care to our patients while managing their health and wellness needs. Your role includes assisting in clinical procedures and educating patients on health management.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care by assessing and supporting both physical and mental health.
• Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.
• Educate patients on disease prevention and wellness strategies.
• Participate in training of junior nurses and nursing students.
• Document patients' progress and changes in their condition accurately.
• Promote a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and staff.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Nursing

Experience

• Prior experience in a clinical setting is an asset

• Wound Care
• IV Administration

Soft Skills

• Teamwork

Certifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) License
• CPR Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Pediatric nursing experience: Experience working with pediatric patients is a plus.
• Certifications in specialty areas: Specialty certifications in areas such as wound care or palliative care are beneficial.
