Responsibilities

• Lead administrative operations in a healthcare environment.
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure optimal patient care.
• Conduct compliance training for staff on regulations and policies.
• Oversight of patient satisfaction initiatives and surveys.
• Develop and manage the healthcare budget.
• Coordinate with external agencies for audits and assessments.
• Prepare detailed reports on operational performance.
• Foster a supportive environment for all personnel.
• Implement workplace safety guidelines and practices.
• Manage the healthcare database and patient information systems.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with healthcare focus
• Healthcare Administration certification is preferred

Experience

• 4-6 years in a healthcare or administrative role

Technical Skills

• Familiarity with healthcare management software
• Proficient with MS Office Suite

Certifications

• Certified Healthcare Administrator (CHA)
• Lean Six Sigma Certification

Languages
