Responsibilities

• Conduct root cause analysis for issues in mechanical systems.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
• Ensure project documentation is thorough and accurate.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with clients to tailor solutions to their needs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5 years of experience in mechanical design and project management

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Mechanical Systems Design

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Teamwork

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
• Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of renewable energy systems: Understanding of solar and wind energy technologies.
• Experience in rapid prototyping: Hands-on experience with rapid prototyping techniques.
