Responsibilities

  • Direct and coordinate activities of hotel staff to ensure service excellence.
  • Manage inventory and supplies for hotel operations.
  • Assist in the development of hotel budgets and forecasts.
  • Address guest concerns and ensure their needs are met promptly.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork and cooperation among staff.
  • Plan marketing and promotional activities for hotel services.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing and health regulations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Master's degree is an advantage
