Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated pharmacist for our Johannesburg branch. Your primary responsibilities will include dispensing medications, advising patients on drug interactions, and maintaining accurate records. Your contributions will be vital in promoting health and wellness in our community.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret prescriptions to ensure accuracy.
• Advise patients on over-the-counter medications.
• Conduct medication therapy management consultations.
• Educate patients about chronic disease management.
• Ensure medication storage adheres to safety standards.
• Assist in inventory management and ordering of drugs.
• Stay updated on pharmaceutical developments and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field
• PharmD preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience as a pharmacist

Certifications

• Registered Pharmacist (SAHPRA)
