Job Description

Join our dedicated pharmacy team as a Pharmacist and play a vital role in patient care. You will provide expert guidance to patients on medication usage, safety, and potential interactions while collaborating with healthcare staff to ensure optimal patient health outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Assess patient medical histories to ensure safe medication use.
  • Advise doctors on drug interactions and alternative therapies.
  • Supervise pharmacy technicians and interns.
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of medications.
  • Maintain knowledge of current medications and pharmaceutical advancements.
  • Participate in quality assurance and risk management activities.
  • Assist in the implementation of new pharmacy services.
  • Educate patients on chronic disease management.
  • Engage in professional development to enhance skills.
  • Monitor the effects of medications on patients and report findings.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a pharmacy setting
