Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to meet production targets.
• Monitor key performance indicators to assess production efficiency.
• Assist with strategic planning and project management efforts.
• Engage with quality assurance teams to ensure compliance with standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
• Higher degree advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years in a relevant engineering position

• Project Management
• AutoCAD

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
