Job Description

We are seeking a proactive HR Generalist to join our dynamic team in Port Elizabeth. You will play a key role in supporting the HR function across various HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and a detailed understanding of HR policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR trends and best practices.
  • Develop and facilitate training programs for employee development.
  • Conduct workplace investigations and manage disciplinary actions as required.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping of employee attendance and performance assessments.
  • Coordinate employee recognition programs to enhance motivation.
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
  • Serve as a liaison between employees and management to enhance effective communication.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • A Master's in Business Administration (MBA) is beneficial
Experience
  • 3-5 years of HR experience with a focus on recruitment and employee relations
