Responsibilities

• Engage with HR managers and executives to understand their workforce needs and skills gaps.
• Utilize databases and applicant tracking systems to manage candidate applications.
• Prepare job descriptions and advertisements tailored to specific client requirements.
• Organize and conduct job fairs and recruitment events.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and suggest improvements.
• Track and report on recruitment metrics and candidate pipelines for continuous improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant certifications, such as CIPD, PRC, or similar, are advantageous

Experience

• Experience working in corporate HR or recruitment agency environment is preferred
