Job Description

As a Meeting, Convention, and Event Planner, your role will be to coordinate and manage all logistics for a variety of events. You will need to demonstrate strong organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and possess effective communication abilities to ensure that events run smoothly from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of event planning including logistics, catering, and technology needs.
  • Develop event proposals and contracts in conjunction with clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage on-site logistics during events to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Facilitate pre-event meetings to ensure all stakeholders are aligned.
  • Ensure all safety guidelines and protocols are followed during events.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and attendees.
  • Provide feedback and reports post-event to assess successes and areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to implement innovative ideas for events.
  • Conduct site visits to potential venues to assess suitability.
  • Ensure that all events adhere to brand standards and expectations.

Advantageous

  • Previous experience in diary management for executives: Experience in coordinating schedules and managing appointments.
  • Fluency in additional languages: Ability to communicate in multiple languages is an asset.
