Responsibilities
Design and implement inventory control systems to enhance accuracy.
Lead initiatives to improve warehouse layout for better efficiency.
Manage the inventory database, ensuring information is up-to-date and accurate.
Coordinate with IT to troubleshoot any software issues.
Ensure team compliance with all company policies.
Identify training needs for the inventory team and develop training plans.
Manage inventory discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Business Management
Professional certifications in supply chain management preferred
Experience
5+ years of experience in inventory or warehouse management
