Job Description

As an Event Planner, you will play a key role in creating unforgettable experiences. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, coordinating all aspects of event planning, including venue selection, logistics, and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design engaging experiences tailored to each event.
• Ensure all legal and safety regulations are adhered to during event planning.
• Maintain an active database of vendors and venues for efficient event execution.
• Work closely with the creative team to develop event themes and branding.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, pitches, and proposals to clients.
• Perform market research to identify new venue opportunities and vendors.
• Manage invitations, RSVPs, and guest accommodations.
• Analyze event outcomes and report back to the team and clients.
• Train and mentor junior event staff and interns.
• Participate in networking and promotional events to enhance company visibility.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Communications
• Advanced event planning or project management certification preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in event planning with a strong portfolio of successful events
