We are on the hunt for a passionate Environmental Engineer to join our team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing solutions to environmental challenges. You will engage in projects related to pollution control, waste management, and sustainability initiatives, promoting environmentally-friendly practices.

Responsibilities

• Assess environmental impact for new projects.
• Provide expert advice on environmental legislation compliance.
• Conduct site visits and inspections.
• Develop training programs for staff on environmental best practices.
• Prepare grant proposals for sustainability projects.

Advantageous

• Familiarity with Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs): Experience in conducting or assisting in EIAs.
• Experience with community engagement and stakeholder communication: Ability to liaise with communities and stakeholders on environmental projects.
