Responsibilities

• Ensure product knowledge is up-to-date to effectively assist customers.
• Work with management to implement sales strategies.
• Assist in training new sales team members.
• Support the Sales Manager in daily operations and reporting.
• Engage in community outreach to promote the sales brand.
• Conduct follow-ups with customers to encourage loyalty.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Sales or Marketing is advantageous
• Degree in Business Management may be beneficial

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
