Reprographics Technician

Job Description

We seek a skilled and experienced Reprographics Technician. The successful candidate will handle various reproduction and printing tasks, preparing and printing a wide range of materials while ensuring quality control.

Responsibilities

• Create and edit print-ready files using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Troubleshoot and repair printing equipment as needed.
• Monitor inventory of printing supplies and order as needed.
• Communicate with customers regarding specifications and requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of all printing jobs and related information.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
• Help train and mentor junior staff.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant training or certifications in printing technology

Experience

• Experience operating and maintaining digital file preparation

Technical Skills

• Large Format Printing
• Variable Data Printing

Soft Skills

• Team player
• Flexibility

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Wide-format printing experience: Experience with wide-format printing, digital dye sublimation, or garment printing.
