Job Description

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst with strong problem-solving skills to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the quality and performance of our software products through thorough testing and validation processes. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and provide solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct performance testing to identify bottlenecks and optimize application performance.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations through effective testing.
• Mentor junior QA team members, providing guidance and support.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of QA best practices within the team.
• Help shape the QA strategy as part of a larger technology initiative.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• ISTQB Certification is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in quality assurance roles.

Languages

Advantageous
