Job Description

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Manager to spearhead our online sales initiatives. Your role will involve overseeing daily operations of our e-commerce site, optimizing product listings, and implementing data-driven marketing strategies to boost revenue. A strong understanding of web analytics is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies to increase online sales.
  • Manage the entire E-commerce platform, including product listings and inventory.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute promotional campaigns.
  • Analyze website performance and customer behavior using web analytics tools.
  • Oversee the customer service operations related to online sales.
  • Enhance user experience through website optimization and A/B testing.
  • Monitor and report on online sales trends and competitor activity.
  • Ensure compliance with e-commerce laws and regulations.
  • Train and guide the e-commerce team to achieve sales goals.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and payment processors.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Master's degree is advantageous
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing
