• Develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies to increase online sales.
• Manage the entire E-commerce platform, including product listings and inventory.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute promotional campaigns.
• Analyze website performance and customer behavior using web analytics tools.
• Oversee the customer service operations related to online sales.
• Enhance user experience through website optimization and A/B testing.
• Monitor and report on online sales trends and competitor activity.
• Ensure compliance with e-commerce laws and regulations.
• Train and guide the e-commerce team to achieve sales goals.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors and payment processors.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous
• E-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce) Proficient in managing e-commerce platforms to optimize online sales.
• Google Analytics Expert in analyzing web traffic and user behaviour for better decision-making.
• SEO/SEM Knowledgeable in search engine optimization and marketing tactics.
• Analytical thinking Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data.
• Leadership Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
• Communication Excellent verbal and written skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Google Analytics Certification
• eCommerce Management Certification
• English (Fluent)

• Experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Constant Contact): Familiarity with tools for managing email campaigns and newsletters.
• Knowledge of social media advertising: Experience in creating and managing paid social media campaigns.
