Your role will involve developing new business opportunities, maintaining existing accounts, and working collaboratively with the sales team to exceed targets. Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development through networking and referrals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts for repeat business.
  • Analyze customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
  • Monitor competitor activities and marketing strategies.
  • Prepare sales reports for management evaluation.
  • Attend training to stay updated on product knowledge.
  • Engage in after-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Work closely with the customer service team to resolve issues.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

  • 3+ years of experience in sales or marketing
