Responsibilities

• Lead civil engineering projects from conception through completion.
• Draft detailed engineering designs and supervise construction activities.
• Work alongside local authorities to facilitate approvals and permits.
• Regularly assess project progress, and manage any changes or issues.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver cohesive solutions.
• Ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and clients.
• Conduct risk assessments and prepare mitigation plans.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Bachelor's degree is a must-have

Experience

• 6+ years of experience in civil construction projects

Technical Skills

• Environmental Engineering Impact Assessment
• Structural Analysis Software

Soft Skills

• Negotiation
• Teamwork

Certifications

• LEED Accredited Professional

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with SAP2000 and STAAD Pro: Knowledge in structural analysis tools like SAP2000 and STAAD Pro is preferred.
• GIS Software Experience: Experience with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) is advantageous.
