UX/UI Designer

Job Description

We are looking for a creative and skilled UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. You will play a critical role in enhancing user experiences through well-crafted designs and user interfaces, while collaborating with product managers and developers.

Responsibilities

• Develop user personas and journey maps to enhance product usability.
• Design user interfaces that are visually appealing and easy to use.
• Work with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features.
• Analyze user feedback and data to inform design improvements.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Maintain and update the design system to ensure consistency across products.
• Utilize tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite to create designs.
• Lead brainstorming sessions to innovate new solutions for design challenges.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in UX/UI Design or related field

Experience

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in UX/UI design
