Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join our team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have experience managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. You will work closely with stakeholders to define project requirements and guide teams toward achieving project goals.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, initiate, and execute projects according to set objectives.
  • Liaise with various departments to enforce project priorities.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis to facilitate project success.
  • Evaluate resource allocation and make necessary adjustments.
  • Create and manage project budgets and timelines.
  • Identify risks and develop strategies for managing them.
  • Foster a positive environment to encourage team collaboration.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Management or a relevant field
  • Masters in Business Administration is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in managing projects, particularly in a team leader role
