Responsibilities

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma or degree in Customer Service or related field
Experience
  • 2 or more years of experience in customer support
Technical Skills
  • Advanced CRM Software Skills
  • Data Entry Accuracy

  • Team Player
Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous

  • Bilingual skills: Ability to communicate in both English and Afrikaans is highly advantageous.
