Job Description

As a Grant Writer, you will be responsible for developing and crafting grant proposals to secure funding for various projects that impact our community. You will collaborate closely with management and other departments to identify funding opportunities and write compelling proposals.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for funding and grant submissions.
• Write, edit, and proofread grant proposals ensuring clarity and compliance.
• Gather relevant project information and supporting documents for applications.
• Manage and track the grant application submission processes.
• Establish and maintain relationships with funding organizations and donors.
• Provide updates and reports on grant-funded programs.
• Stay informed on current trends and requirements in grant writing.
• Assist in developing marketing materials to support grant initiatives.
• Directly liaise with project coordinators to understand project needs.
• Facilitate training sessions on grant writing for team members.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Postgraduate qualifications in Nonprofit Management is advantageous.

Experience

• Demonstrated success in securing grants and funding.
