Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Print Binding and Finishing Workers to operate and maintain our binding machines. Ideal candidates will ensure that production meets quality standards and deadlines while collaborating effectively with our production team.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate small binding equipment to ensure efficient production.
  • Carry out quality checks on finished products to meet client specifications.
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies for bindery operations.
  • Support team efforts in meeting production goals and deadlines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
  • Document machine usage and production output.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide feedback on machine performance and suggest improvements.
  • Participate in training sessions for new technologies and techniques.

Requirements

Education
  • Certification in Printing Technology is beneficial
Experience
  • Experience in a similar role within the printing industry is preferred.
