Job Description

As a Pharmacist at Pharmacy Co., you will be involved in all aspects of pharmaceutical care, including patient consultation, medication management, and community health initiatives. Responsibilities

• Counsel patients about prescription and over-the-counter medications.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of medications.
• Engage in community outreach to promote health and wellness initiatives.
• Assist with medication therapy management programs.
• Support the pharmacy manager in improving pharmacy processes and services.
• Document all patient interactions and medication changes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field
• Advanced degree in Pharmacy is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in clinical pharmacy
