Responsibilities

  • Liaise with department heads to address administrative challenges and propose solutions.
  • Assist in budgeting and financial reporting related to administrative operations.
  • Develop training programs for staff on administrative policies and software systems.
  • Lead initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and quality of patient services.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Health Administration or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare administration or related roles, including supervision
