Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for new projects.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and develop solutions to complex problems.
• Collaborate with production and quality assurance teams to deliver optimal outputs.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for chemical processes and procedures.
• Participate in project planning and execution with stakeholders.
• Lead initiatives for process optimization and waste reduction.
• Conduct training sessions for plant personnel on new technologies.
• Engage in research and development for sustainable chemical practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in chemical engineering or a related field
