Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of various construction projects in Cape Town. The successful candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction teams to achieve goals effectively.
• Analyse project performance and implement improvements.
• Create reports detailing project status and challenges.
• Assist in the procurement of construction materials.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and site activities.
• Promote sustainable construction practices.
• Implement progressive solutions to enhance productivity.
• Facilitate training and development for on-site personnel.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in the construction industry

Languages
