Appraiser Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Appraiser Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for determining the value of various assets, including but not limited to real estate, vehicles, machinery, and equipment. Your analytical skills and attention to detail are paramount in ensuring all valuations are accurate and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and evaluate physical assets to establish their fair market value.
• Develop and implement appraisal strategies tailored to client needs.
• Draft detailed valuation reports for clients, summarising findings and recommendations.
• Guide clients in understanding the valuation process and findings.
• Conduct market research to support asset valuations and identify trends.
• Enhance client relationships through effective communication and quality service delivery.
• Work closely with junior team members to provide training and support.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the valuation department.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or Accounting
• Professional accreditation or certification in appraisal is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years in property appraisal and analysis.
