Responsibilities

• Assess client needs through interviews and psychological tests.
• Create and implement effective treatment strategies.
• Deliver supportive psychotherapy to individuals and families.
• Lead therapeutic workshops and community seminars on mental wellness.
• Document patient progress meticulously and report findings to supervisors.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for client support and follow-ups.
• Educate clients about mental health resources and coping strategies.
• Participate in case reviews and team meetings to strategize care.
• Promote a stigma-free environment in mental health discussions.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
• Doctorate in Counseling Psychology is an asset

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in therapeutic roles
