UI/UX Researcher

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Perform qualitative and quantitative research to gather user insights.
• Help to develop personas and user journeys based on research findings.
• Develop and implement surveys, interviews, and usability tests.
• Document and communicate research findings to different stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product managers to define success metrics for designs.
• Ensure designs are user-friendly and align with user expectations.
• Work with the design team to incorporate user feedback into iterations.
• Update documentation to reflect user feedback and design changes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or a related field
• Master's degree in a relevant field is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX research or design
