Responsibilities

• Oversee the proper storage of pharmaceuticals and comply with health regulations.
• Develop and implement patient care plans focusing on medication management.
• Assist in training and supervising pharmacy technicians and interns.
• Engage with patients to gather feedback about their medication experience.
• Implement quality assurance standards and procedures in the pharmacy.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
• Clinical Pharmacy accreditation is advantageous

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in pharmacy operations preferred

• Clinical Pharmacy Knowledge
• Pharmacy Software Systems
