Job Description

The E-commerce Specialist will manage and enhance our online platforms to boost sales and improve customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for executing e-commerce strategies, analysing performance metrics, and collaborating closely with marketing and IT teams to ensure our digital presence meets the needs of our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the content management system to maintain product data accuracy.
  • Analyze customer feedback to improve the online shopping experience.
  • Work closely with design teams to ensure website aesthetics align with brand identity.
  • Evaluate marketing metrics to gauge effectiveness of promotional activities.
  • Implement best practices in user experience to enhance customer engagement.
  • Prepare regular reports on e-commerce performance and suggest improvements.
  • Manage social media integration with the e-commerce platform.
  • Coordinate seasonal campaigns and special promotions.
  • Train and support junior team members in e-commerce practices.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to align on business goals.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing
