As a Floral Designer Salesperson, you'll blend your creative skills with sales expertise to craft beautiful floral arrangements. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers, meeting sales targets, and maintaining inventory levels, all while ensuring that every customer leaves with a smile.

Responsibilities

• Design custom floral arrangements tailored to customer preferences while driving sales.
• Engage with customers to offer expert advice and recommendations on floral arrangements.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting floral products and services.
• Assist with stock management and replenishment of floral supplies.
• Keep the store environment appealing and organized for customers.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Formal education in floristry or related field is preferred

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in a floral design or retail sales capacity
