Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Retail Store Manager to oversee our Durban location. In this role, you will manage day-to-day operations, drive sales, and ensure that customers receive exceptional service. You will lead a team, manage stock levels, and implement merchandising strategies that enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily store management and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Coach staff on sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Ensure efficient stock management and inventory control.
• Maintain visual merchandising in line with branding guidelines.
• Evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements

Education

• Matric qualification
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field is an advantage

• 5+ years of retail management experience
