• High school diploma
• Degree or diploma in manufacturing or related field preferred
• Leadership Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a production team.
• Production Processes In-depth knowledge of production processes and equipment in manufacturing.
• Communication Excellent communication skills for effective team interaction.
• Problem-solving Exceptional ability to identify and resolve production issues.
• Attention to Detail Strong attention to detail to ensure quality standards.
• English (Fluent)

• Knowledge of quality management systems: Understanding of ISO or equivalent systems is beneficial.
