Job Description

The Dry Starch Supervisor will oversee the entire production process of dry starch products, ensuring that quality control and safety standards are met at all times. This role is pivotal in maintaining smooth operations and enhancing production efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety and quality control standards within the production area.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Lead production meetings to discuss goals and address challenges.
• Develop and implement production schedules to ensure timely product delivery.
• Work collaboratively with the management team to identify and address operational inefficiencies.
• Evaluate production staff performance and implement improvement strategies.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Further education in manufacturing is advantageous.

Experience

• 5 years of relevant experience, particularly in supervisory roles within manufacturing.
