Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Analyst at Quality Solutions Ltd., you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our software products meet the highest standards of quality. You will collaborate closely with development teams to design and execute testing plans, identify defects, and ensure seamless application functionality.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute test scenarios and test cases for new features.
• Support the QA team in troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Assist in the development and improvement of QA processes and methodologies.
• Use testing frameworks and tools effectively to streamline testing.
• Participate in sprint planning and retrospective meetings.
• Mentor junior QA team members as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in quality assurance

Technical Skills

• Test Management Tools (JIRA, TestRail)
• Automation Scripting

Soft Skills

• Analytical Skills
• Team Player

Certifications

• ISTQB Certified Tester

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with API testing: Experience in testing APIs using tools such as Postman and REST Assured.
• Experience with Continuous Integration: Knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools like Jenkins.
