Job Description

As a Livestock Farmworker at AgriCare Farms, you will be an integral part of our daily farm operations. Your role will involve the care, feeding, and maintenance of various livestock species, ensuring their health and well-being while contributing to efficient farming practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily feeding and watering schedules.
• Clean and upkeep animal housing and play areas.
• Support in the handling and movement of animals.
• Help with the administration of health treatments under guidance.
• Keep accurate records of livestock health and production.
• Participate in breeding programs and animal welfare checks.
• Assist with machinery operation for farm tasks.
• Follow established health and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with the livestock team to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications required.

Experience

• Experience working with livestock is preferable.
