Job Description

As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for electric motors, power tools, and related equipment. You will ensure timely resolution of technical issues while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventive maintenance on various equipment to avoid breakdowns.
• Assist customers with installation of electric motors and related components.
• Maintain accurate inventory of parts used for repairs and services.
• Provide feedback on customer interactions to improve service processes.
• Support field service operations when necessary, using relevant tools and equipment.

Requirements

Education

• Technical Diploma in Electrical Engineering

Experience

• Experience in servicing electric motors or related machinery is advantageous.
