Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable Logistics Coordinator who will be responsible for planning and executing logistics strategies to improve operational efficiency. You will coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including suppliers and customers, making sure that all logistics operations are monitored and optimally managed.

Responsibilities

• Manage logistics planning and execution for local and international shipments.
• Ensure all logistics activities comply with health and safety standards.
• Lead problem-solving initiatives to address supply chain challenges.
• Compile performance reports on logistics KPIs.
• Conduct regular audits of logistics processes.
• Train and mentor junior staff in logistics procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Logistics Management or equivalent

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in logistics roles

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficiency in data analysis tools: Skilled in using tools for logistics data analysis and reporting.
