Join our creative team as an Architect in Stellenbosch. You will be responsible for crafting aesthetically pleasing and functional architectural designs, working alongside clients to bring their vision to life. Strong problem-solving skills and an eye for detail are essential in this role to navigate complex architectural challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead design workshops with clients to brainstorm project ideas.
• Evaluate project proposals and suggest improvements.
• Prepare bid documents and assist in contractor selection.
• Implement sustainable design practices to reduce environmental impact.
• Monitor project milestones and make adjustments as necessary.
• Prepare detailed reports for project evaluations and client feedback.
• Mentor junior architects and interns in best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Master's degree in Architecture is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience

• SketchUp
• BIM Software

Certifications

• Professional Architect Certification
• Sustainable Architecture Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• IsiXhosa: Fluent
