Responsibilities

• Assess and respond to client needs through case management.

• Provide emotional support and counselling to clients.
• Advocate on behalf of clients in various service settings.
• Participate in training and development activities.
• Analyze social policies affecting clients and communities.
• Document all interactions and maintain confidentiality.
• Collaborate with other social workers and professionals.
• Report on program outcomes and client progress.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field
• Master's degree in Social Work preferred

Experience

• 3+ years' experience in a social work setting

• Resource Coordination

Certifications

• Registered Social Worker (RSW)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Fluent
