Responsibilities

• Design and oversee community-related projects and programs.

• Develop educational materials for workshops and training.
• Assess program effectiveness and propose improvements.
• Collaborate with school districts and educational institutions.
• Create a community feedback loop to inform program adjustments.
• Support the implementation of strategic goals within the outreach department.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Master’s degree in Community Development or related field is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in community or social services
