Responsibilities

• Utilize CAD software to create accurate and aesthetically pleasing designs.
• Engage in client meetings to discuss project scope, requirements, and feedback.
• Participate in design reviews and planning sessions.
• Prepare and submit planning applications to local authorities.
• Build strong client relationships to enhance client satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Architecture is preferred
• International experience in architectural projects is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience managing architectural projects

Technical Skills

• BIM Software (e.g., Revit, ArchiCAD)
• Sustainable Design Principles

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Negotiation

Certifications

• SACAP Registration (South African Council for the Architectural Profession)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations: Familiarity with Cape Town’s zoning laws and building regulations.
• Project management experience: Background in managing architectural projects and teams.
