Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to identify suitable candidates.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidates and recommend suitable candidates for vacancies.
• Maintain relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs.
• Draft job postings, advertisements, and manage social media outreach.
• Guide candidates through the recruitment process, providing support and feedback.
• Maintain an updated database of candidates and manage applicant tracking systems.
• Collaborate with team members to improve recruitment processes.
• Stay current with industry trends and market conditions.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred
• Relevant advanced certification is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment or related area
