Responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing on employer branding initiatives.
• Utilize recruitment metrics to assess and enhance the recruitment process.
• Conduct market research to understand industry needs and emerging trends.
• Foster meaningful relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Provide coaching and feedback to junior recruitment staff.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred
• Relevant advanced certification is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment or related area
