Job Description

As a Recruiter with us, you'll be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from drafting job descriptions to conducting interviews and facilitating offers. We seek someone who can build strong relationships with candidates and clients alike.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to candidate placement.
  • Engage with candidates to provide insights about the company culture and position.
  • Work with the marketing team to promote job openings effectively.
  • Organize recruitment events and job fairs to enhance brand visibility.
  • Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback from departing employees.
  • Assist in developing recruitment policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of recruitment experience in a corporate setting
