Seeking a skilled Industrial Engineering Technologist/Technician to join our team, focusing on improving production efficiency and process optimization. The ideal candidate will leverage engineering principles to develop and implement effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate production processes and implement improvements to reduce costs.
• Collaborate on design projects that enhance product manufacturability.
• Maintain and update documentation related to production processes.
• Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) for monitoring efficiency.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets for process improvement projects.
• Investigate and troubleshoot production-related problems.
• Coordinate with the supply chain team to streamline inventory management.

Requirements

Education

• BTech or equivalent in Industrial Engineering
• Higher degree in Engineering is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in an industrial setting

Technical Skills

• Simulation Software

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
• Certified Engineering Technician (CET)

Languages

• English: Fluent
