Job Description

We are looking for a Learning and Development Specialist who is passionate about nurturing talent and enhancing employee skills. In this role, you will design and implement training programs that align with our organizational goals, ensuring that our staff is equipped with the necessary skills to excel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze performance data to identify areas for development.
• Develop individual training plans for team members.
• Engage with external vendors for specialized training programs.
• Measure and report training success metrics and ROI.
• Support mentorship programs that enhance employee growth.
• Promote learning initiatives that sustain employee engagement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or relevant field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in corporate training or L&D roles

• English: Fluent
