We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will be skilled in leading cross-functional projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all phases are executed effectively and efficiently. You will work closely with stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget, while maintaining high standards of quality.

Responsibilities

• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and requirements.
• Communicate progress and challenges to leadership and stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and support to project teams.
• Implement project control measures to keep projects on track.
• Adapt project plans based on evolving conditions and client needs.
• Support the development of training materials and user documentation.
• Coordinate activities across multiple projects for strategic alignment.
• Mentor junior project managers and interns.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Master's degree in Project Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in project management within technology

Technical Skills

• Agile Methodologies
• Budget Management

Soft Skills

• Negotiation
• Problem-solving

Certifications

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
• PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Certification in Lean or Six Sigma: Knowledge of process improvement methodologies.
